TEST FOOD ALLERGIES FOR DELAYED REACTIONS!

 FOOD IGG TESTING
...A type two reaction, known as IgG (an immunoglobulin or antibody your body makes in response to an allergen), is a “delayed reaction”.  Because these types of reactions are very difficult to detect on your own, perfectly healthy foods can be virtual poison to your particular system.  Consequently, if you are allergic to an ingredient in pasta, and you eat pasta five times a week, you are poisoning yourself five times a week!

Since most food allergy reactions are the delayed type, it is often very difficult to isolate the exact foods to which you are reacting.  Further, a delayed reaction to a food or substance could show up hours or days later.  The best way to discover your food allergies is through a blood test that evaluates your white blood cell reactions to food antigens called, a “Food IgG Test.”  This test reveals several different types of delayed allergic reactions, including IgG, immune complexes, and white blood cell destruction.  The Food IgG test can be performed from a single blood sample.  Special slides with microscopic amounts of different foods are examined under the microscope after a person’s white blood cells are added to the slides.  If the white blood cells break down and die, food has been discovered that needs to be avoided.

As a result of the testing, you’ll identify the foods that are affecting you.  Eliminating these culprits will make you feel better.  Some people also rid themselves of lifelong conditions such as migraines.  Others feel a tremendous boost in energy, sex drive and mental acuity.  Still others notice their constant irritability is gone and their moods are improved, joint pains are relieved, irritable bowel symptoms (e.g., abdominal cramps, bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea, etc.) are eliminated, ear infections cease, weight loss occurs, etc.  Simply remove the offending food toxicities and many health ailments will improve or disappear entirely.  Additionally, using amino acids (IV or orally) will also help to reduce symptoms by binding free radicals to which you are reacting.

Over 75 symptoms are associated with food toxicities.  Examples of symptoms known to be associated with food toxicity include: acne, asthma, bloating, depression, fatigue, headaches, hyperactivity, joint pain, memory loss, mood swings, obesity, sinusitis, sore throat, urinary urgency, etc.  It is difficult to detect type two or delayed food reactions because the symptoms may take up to 72 hours to manifest (unlike IgE or immediate reactions).  Thus, in order to find out which foods are toxic to your particular system, you must have your blood drawn and analyzed by an allergy technician who specializes in IgG food sensitivity testing.  Note: A skin “scratch test” will only reveal IgE reactions, not IgG reactions!
